About The Role

Join a respected and growing Personal Injury firm in Melbourne’s CBD, where you’ll manage complex PI matters, provide high-level support to an experienced Lawyer, liaise directly with clients, barristers, and other law firms, and draft court documents and briefs.

Key Duties

• Manage personal injury case files from start to finish
• Draft and review court documents, correspondence, and briefs
• Liaise with clients, medical experts, barristers, and insurers
• Prepare evidence and assist in negotiations and settlements
• Maintain accurate file records and ensure compliance with court deadlines
• Contribute to team meetings and identify process improvements
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support the team

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in Personal Injury or Litigation (Plaintiff or Defendant)
• Strong drafting and file management skills with high attention to detail
• Professional and confident in engaging with a variety of stakeholders
• Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a busy environment
