About the Role
The Digital and Information Services branch delivers agile and transformative technology, enabling Council to lead in innovative and sustainable services.
As a Web Services Officer, you’ll:
Liaise with software vendors to coordinate upgrades and issue resolution
Conduct web analytics and reporting to improve site performance
Apply governance frameworks to ensure quality and accessibility of web content
Support content lifecycle management across Council websites
Deliver training and lead knowledge-sharing sessions
Provide support for cloud-based systems and digital assets
Assist with Google Analytics and the Council’s Digital Dashboard
Contribute to safety initiatives and strategic planning projects
About you
As a professional in web services, you will:
Hold relevant tertiary qualifications or have equivalent experience
Understand web-based technologies and platforms
Demonstrate experience in systems analysis, project coordination, and vendor management
Possess strong communication and customer service skills
Be organised, proactive, and collaborative
