📋 What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the team with client renewals, administration, and sales support.
  • Communicating with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
  • Delivering professional, timely, and high-quality service at every interaction.
  • Managing invoicing and ensuring accurate, efficient processes.
  • Collaborating with your team to achieve outstanding outcomes for clients.

  • Previous customer service experience (office-based, call centre, or client-facing).
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Quick to pick up new systems with strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • A team player with the drive to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
