Developer (Dynamics / .NET / Azure)

We're partnering with a major public-sector program that's driving digital transformation across a complex enterprise environment. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Developer to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team delivering innovative solutions that modernise critical business systems.

About the Role

As a Developer, you'll work closely with solution architects, business analysts, testers and subject-matter experts to design, build and deploy high-quality applications. You'll play a hands-on role in the development of software and integration solutions, ensuring systems meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and extend Microsoft Dynamics-based enterprise applications.
• Design, build and maintain solutions in an Azure cloud environment.
• Manage source code and iterative application development using modern DevOps practices.
• Collaborate on solution architecture and design documentation.
• Translate functional specifications and user stories into robust technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve and modernise existing systems, reducing technical debt.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, sharing knowledge and mentoring where appropriate.

Skills & Experience

Mandatory:

• Minimum 3 years' experience developing Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform applications.
• Proven background with C# plugins, JavaScript in Dynamics forms, and Power Automate.
• Experience with .NET stack development and DevOps pipelines.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of government or enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Web APIs, ASP.NET, HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of modern design patterns and architectures.
• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
