We are seeking experienced Senior Technical Project Managers to lead complex infrastructure and application delivery projects within a highly regulated environment (big four banking). You’ll play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end project lifecycles — from strategy and planning through to execution and post-implementation — ensuring quality outcomes, stakeholder alignment, and compliance with industry and security standards.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and governance, particularly with experience segregating data across systems in big four banking projects.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical planning, delivery, and governance of technical infrastructure and application projects across multiple business units.
• Manage technical project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and business analysts to achieve strategic objectives.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements — with particular emphasis on data segregation and system access controls.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define solutions that are scalable, secure, and compliant.
• Report on project progress, risks, and dependencies to senior management and governance boards.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in technical project or program management and worked in a big four banking environment.
• Proven track record delivering infrastructure and application projects in banking or financial services environments.
• Demonstrated experience in data segregation, migration, or access control implementation.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and application lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies preferred.
• Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
