Position: Casual Front of House Administrator Location: Main Beach
Hours: Casual, 9AM – 5PM (Friday is a must and preferably Wednesday however this is flexible) Opportunity for additional days/hours during busy periods.

Weekends are also available during busy periods (Higher pay rates apply).

Your Role:

 Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, from reservation confirmation through to post-departure.

 Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries across all communication channels.

 Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless daily operations.

 Conduct pre-arrival room checks for holiday apartments, ensuring immaculate cleanliness—keen attention to detail is a must! Some cleaning may be required.

 Swiftly troubleshoot and resolve guest issues to minimize disruptions to their stay.

 Complete the daily task checklist as assigned by the line manager.

 Coordinate guest arrivals, ensuring all preparations are finalized.

What You Need:

🚗 Full Australian driver’s license + own car
💻 Office experience with strong communication skills
📂 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and preferably experience in REI Cloud PMS.
