Full-time, Part-time & Subcontractor Speech Pathologist Opportunities are available in our Findon clinic and in the community across metropolitan Adelaide!

We have a clinic in Findon and also provide community-based services throughout metropolitan Adelaide.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our growing team. The role is extremely flexible – choose to work full-time or part-time hours, or work as a subcontractor. You are also able to complete non-clinical work from home. You will be rewarded with excellent remuneration (well above the award rate) and provide fulfilling and meaningful services to a wide variety of clients.

This role primarily involves working with paediatric clients, however, we can offer a mixed caseload with adults too - we match caseloads to your interests and skills!

We provide clinic-based services from our clinic in Findon, as well as community-based services throughout metropolitan Adelaide.

SALARY:

You will be offered a generous annual salary of $100-125k pro rata + super, depending on your experience. Alternatively, subcontractor positions are also available at a rate of approximately $130-140 per hour.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Provision of ongoing therapy support

Reporting outcomes and recommendations, written and verbal

Liaising with clients, families, referrers, allied health professionals, and other stakeholders

Engage in clinic-based treatment and community visits

WHAT WE OFFER:

Excellent remuneration at $100-125k pro rata + super, or $130-$140 per hour - well above award. We believe great therapists deserve great pay!

Complete flexibility - We offer full-time, part-time or subcontractor positions. Choose your own workload and hours to fit around your schedule. Work full-time hours, school hours or only a few hours per week!

No NDIS experience required - on the job mentoring and training

Professional Development allowance

Regular mentoring/supervision with a Senior Speech Pathologist

Full administrative support for all bookings, billings, schedule management and enquiries

Ample time for paperwork and high flexibility in how you allocate your paperwork time

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Recognised degree or equivalent in Speech Pathology

SPA registration & Full CPSP status

National Criminal History Check/Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)

Current driver’s licence
