Hourly Rate: $35.35 – $43.53 (inclusive of 25% casual loading)

Busy Bees at Carrum Downs is looking for flexible, reliable and passionate Casual Educators to join our warm and inclusive team. If you're ready to support children’s learning while gaining valuable experience across all age groups, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role

As a Casual Educator, you will:

Work across various rooms supporting the implementation of high-quality programs.

Build positive relationships with children, families and fellow educators.

Ensure a safe and supportive environment that meets all regulatory requirements.

Be available to work a variety of shifts between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM.

What You’ll Need

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).

Current Working With Children Check (Employee).

Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.

Ability to adapt to different rooms and routines with confidence and professionalism.
