About the Role
There's several newly created roles, as part of a growing team! These roles will involve the installation, servicing, and maintenance of residential and commercial solar PV systems and battery storage units, including retrofits and warranty call-outs. Each region will have a dedicated technician, ensuring minimal travel and consistent workflow in your local area.

You’ll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while maintaining our high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission solar PV systems and battery storage solutions
• Conduct battery retrofits to existing solar systems
• Perform solar and inverter warranty call-outs, diagnostics, and repairs
• Ensure all installations comply with relevant safety and electrical standards
• Maintain accurate job records and communicate effectively with clients and project teams
• Deliver prompt, professional service with pride in workmanship

Skills & experience

• Current QLD Electrical Licence (essential)
• SAA Accreditation (Solar PV / Battery Storage) required prior to commencement of employment.
• Proven experience in solar installation, servicing, and fault finding
• Own vehicle and tools required
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance obligations
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
