An internationally renowned mining company that focuses on the development and extraction of base metals is seeking a qualified dual trade for Instrument Technicians / Electricians.

Your new role
As a Dual Trade Instrument Technician / Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of electrical and instrumentation systems across the site. Your day-to-day duties will include conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance, swiftly responding to breakdowns to minimise downtime, and performing general electrical repairs. This role operates on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Townsville or Brisbane, or BIBO from Mount Isa.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in the mining industry
• Dual trade qualification (Instrument Technician / Electrician) preferred
• Minimum qualification as a licensed Electrician
