We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee the delivery of temporary and demountable school projects across Sydney. This role involves managing the on-site installation of modular classrooms and associated infrastructure, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
You’ll be coordinating multiple trades, managing logistics, and maintaining tight construction programs on fast-paced education projects that make a real difference to local school communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities and subcontractors
• Oversee the installation of modular and demountable buildings
• Maintain program schedules and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Conduct toolbox meetings, site inspections, and daily reporting
• Liaise with Project Managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
• Manage site setup, logistics, and final handover

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in commercial or education construction
• Experience with modular or prefabricated building projects highly desirable
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Proven ability to deliver projects within timeframes and budgets
• Trade qualification in carpentry or building preferred
• White Card and relevant tickets required
