Key responsibilities

Attendant-Kitchen Hand / BOH :
Assist with stock and ingredient preparation. Operate frying, grilling, and wok stations. Prepare garnishes, manage plating, and create desserts. Must possess a Food Handler certificate.

Trainer :
Perform all duties of an Attendant and demonstrate excellent service and food quality. Assist in training new staff members and guide them to become familiar with work processes and company standards. Effectively resolve customer issues and maintain smooth operations when a supervisor is not present.

Supervisor:
Supervise and guide the team to ensure smooth and efficient service. Responsible for rostering, ingredient ordering, inventory management, and cost control. Handle complex customer complaints. Assist with interviewing, training new staff, and managing store administration.

What we're looking for

Required for All Levels:

Must have valid Australian working rights. Strong communication and teamwork skills. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Mandarin is highly regarded but not a mandatory requirement.

Attendant :

A passion for hospitality and a positive, can-do attitude. Current Food Handler Certificate (BOH) certificates are a plus, or a willingness to obtain them upon employment.

Trainer:

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Proven ability to train others, demonstrated leadership potential, and strong problem-solving skills.

Supervisor :

A minimum of 2+ years of relevant management or supervisory experience. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Experience in rostering, inventory management, or cost control.
