About the Role
In this hands-on role, you will lead our electronic imaging operations. and be responsible for overseeing daily production workflows, ensuring quality standards, and meeting customer deadlines. You’ll manage job scheduling, monitor operator performance, implement training, and maintain production controls to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee production scheduling and job allocation
Monitor and report on KPIs, job progress, and operator performance
Ensure quality control, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
Manage stock levels, equipment maintenance, and job documentation
Uphold customer service standards and data confidentiality
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
• Good knowledge of processing procedures involved in the Electronic imaging area
• Effective understanding and use of time management
• Computer skills
• Good communication skills and people management skills
• Thorough knowledge of job control functions necessary for production and administrative
controls
• Trouble shooting skills and ability to recognize problem areas of job controls
