What You'll Be Doing

Manage the entire pre-construction journey, from deposit to site start.

Draft, finalise, and manage all contracts, specifications, and variations with precision.

Liaise with customers, consultants, and councils, acting as the key point of contact.

Assemble and lodge all necessary documentation for council and building approvals.

Coordinate with draftspersons, engineers, and suppliers to ensure plans are 100% accurate.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience, keeping customers informed and engaged.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in contracts and/or construction administration.

Strong and broad knowledge of the residential construction industry.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

A 'can-do' attitude, driven by strong initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

We're looking for proven experience and exceptional attention to detail. This is not an entry-level position. A strong understanding of the role and prior experience within residential construction is essential to be successful. We need a proactive, systems-driven professional who thrives on accuracy and loves working as part of a team.
