We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join the team. This is a great opportunity to start a career with a successful and established company.

We are based in West Perth and are looking for someone to start immediately to work across the metro area and, at times regional WA.

The Role:

The candidate will be required to work on projects mainly in the metro area.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team effective immediately.

Key responsibilities include:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee civil construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule

Interpret and review engineering drawings, plans, and technical specifications to guide construction activities

Develop detailed project programs, resource schedules, and cost estimates to support effective project delivery

Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve high-quality outcomes and maintain productivity

Monitor progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track

Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain strong communication and resolve project issues promptly

Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company standards, and statutory obligations at all times

Promote and enforce all WHS, environmental, and quality management policies and procedures on-site

Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and progress updates to senior management and clients

Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused site culture

This position suits someone reliable, safety-focused, and keen to take ownership of their responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The Successful Applicant Should have:

Degree in Civil Engineering or similar.

Current manual Driver’s Licence.

Construction White Card.

Demonstrated construction experience.
