The role:

This role is within their Field Sales team where you will be consulting with residential customers who own homes and closing sales with them directly. Your lead sources will come from both your employer 1 to 2 leads per day and from yourself in the field generating your own prospects from door to door or any other self generated means.

  • Consulting with home owners for Solar & Battery
  • Attending in home appointments daily
  • Lead sources from both inbound and self generated
  • Full support from management for project delivery post sale
  • Commission paid monthly clear cut fees on sales

The experience necessary for this job:

To be considered for this role we're ideally looking for candidates that have experience in field based sales and prospecting where you have closed in home consultations and ideally experience from within Solar and or Energy efficiency. Otherwise related markets to home improvements we're open to.

Key areas of experience are:

  • Experience in general customer sales and closing
  • Ideally experience closing in home consultations
  • Drivers licence to drive to customers homes in Sydney
  • Benefit to come from Solar and Battery sales
  • Benefit having sales experience in energy or home improvements
  • Comfortable with a mix of provided leads and self generated
  • Ability to negotiate and handle objections successfully
  • Effective communication skills
