Location: Homebush, NSW (Onsite – 5 days a week)

Salary range: $65k - $85K (Negotiable based on experience + super + commission)
Eligibility: Must have full Australian working rights, be available 5 days

About the Role

This is a key client-facing role where you will build and manage client relationships, identify new opportunities, and support the growth of our business.

Responsibilities

Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Cold calling is required, which requires reaching out to potential customers to introduce our services and drive growth.

Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.

Proactively address client concerns and offer timely, practical solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience in customer service, finance, insurnace and/or keen eye for sales (preferred)
