About the Role:
As a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of existing clients while hunting for new business across territory. Your focus will be delivering apparel and safety solutions that match your clients’ needs, backed by one of the largest product ranges in the industry.
Based from Bathurst, with additional support from your national team and internal customer service. You will have the freedom to build your territory like it's your own business. Your territory will extend from Bathurst through Orange, Dubbo, Parkes and Forbes.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts across multiple industries
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Recommending tailored apparel and safety solutions from your massive product range
  • Leveraging your in-house embroidery services to offer customised solutions
  • Providing exceptional service through face-to-face meetings, calls, and email
  • Meeting sales targets and tracking account performance through the CRM

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in territory sales, B2B sales or account management
  • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally across all levels
  • Strong organisational skills and a self-starter attitude
  • Experience in apparel, PPE, industrial, or wholesale (ideal but not essential)
  • A valid driver’s licence and the willingness to travel within your territory
