This role offers a clear pathway to full Store Management for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Dealership Manager in day-to-day operations across sales, service, and parts.

Assist with inventory management – ordering, invoicing, and stock control.

Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards.

Help coordinate promotions, social media updates, and online content.

Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure excellent service.

Contribute to staff training and uphold company standards.

Step into management duties when the Manager is away.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in retail or Stihl dealership operations.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Organised, reliable, and hands-on approach.

Knowledge of outdoor power equipment or small engines is a plus.

Comfortable using computers and inventory systems.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role.
