About the Role:

As the Store Manager at Robina, you'll take full ownership of the store's performance and be the driving force behind an energetic, customer-focused team. You'll lead by example, inspire your people, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience that keeps customers coming back. With full access to sales reports, KPIs, and P&L insights, you'll have the tools and freedom to manage the business as if it were your own, which means you will be maximising sales while managing costs effectively.

You're a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You love motivating others, hitting targets, and creating a culture that's all about teamwork and customer excellence. Your passion for fashion, footwear, or performance wear shines through every interaction, and you know how to balance service, sales, and operational efficiency.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven retail store management experience (fashion, footwear, or accessories preferred)
• Experience managing high stock volumes in a busy retail setting
• A sales and KPI-driven mindset with strong business acumen
• Confidence in coaching and developing a high-performing team
• A hands-on leadership style and genuine passion for customer service
