The Receptionist / Admin Support is responsible for providing reception and clerical support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Responsibilities & duties:
Answering the phone and office emails
Deal with any queries either in person, via phone, email and general correspondence in a professional manner
Meet and greet clients / visitors
General administrative support
Ordering of stationary and filling
Supporting the Sales and Property Management teams
Organising keys for both rental and sales properties
Other ad-hoc duties as required
The successful applicant will be trained in all facets of the Real Estate Industry.
Qualifications & Experience:
Computer Literate
Excellent telephone manner
Attention to detail
