About Us
At Kinyara Health, we believe great care should only need to be found once.
Kinyara Health is a fast-growing boutique homecare group, operating six community-established home support businesses across Australia – each one inspired by the hearts and personal stories of their founders.
Today, their legacy continues through our shared vision of providing high-quality, lasting support that helps older Australians and people living with disability live well at home, for life.
We’re on an ambitious and purposeful growth journey, expanding our reach and impact within the communities we serve.
About The Role
As a Senior Commercial Analyst in the Strategy and Transformation team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Kinyara Health grows and delivers value for its clients and community.

- Developing business cases and commercial proposals for strategic initiatives
- Creating executive-ready analysis, insights, and presentations that support informed decision-making
- Enhancing dashboards, reporting frameworks, and organisational tools to strengthen transformation outcomes

You’re motivated by making a tangible difference and want to work in a values-led organisation where your skills contribute to meaningful outcomes. You’ll have the chance to influence strategy, see the end-to-end impact of your work and contribute to growth in a dynamic, fast-growing sector that supports clients and communities every day.
You’ll also have:
- 3–5 years’ experience in commercial finance, consulting, analytics, or transformation roles
- Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills (Excel, Power Query; Power BI a plus)
- Experience developing business cases, commercial proposals and executive-ready presentations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Willingness and ability to travel as required to support projects and initiatives
- Healthcare, aged care, disability, or human services experience (desirable)
