About Us

At Kinyara Health, we believe great care should only need to be found once.

Kinyara Health is a fast-growing boutique homecare group, operating six community-established home support businesses across Australia – each one inspired by the hearts and personal stories of their founders.

Today, their legacy continues through our shared vision of providing high-quality, lasting support that helps older Australians and people living with disability live well at home, for life.

We’re on an ambitious and purposeful growth journey, expanding our reach and impact within the communities we serve.

About The Role

As a Senior Commercial Analyst in the Strategy and Transformation team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Kinyara Health grows and delivers value for its clients and community.

This hands-on, high-impact role involves turning complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence strategic decisions and drive strategy execution.

You’ll partner with business leaders across the organisation, support transformation initiatives, and contribute to projects that enhance service efficiency and performance, and help deliver tangible improvements for clients.

The role also offers the opportunity to build business cases, influence commercial decisions, and uplift organisational tools and reporting frameworks, making a lasting impact on how the organisation operates.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building ad hoc financial and operational models to support transformation projects
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to quantify impacts and opportunities
  • Tracking and managing transformation projects to ensure timelines, risks and deliverables are controlled
  • Developing business cases and commercial proposals for strategic initiatives
  • Creating executive-ready analysis, insights, and presentations that support informed decision-making
  • Enhancing dashboards, reporting frameworks, and organisational tools to strengthen transformation outcomes

About You

You’re a proactive, analytical and commercially minded professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and influencing outcomes. You thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments, building strong relationships across functions. Confident and adaptable, you communicate clearly, structure your thinking effectively, and bring energy and focus to every project.

You’re motivated by making a tangible difference and want to work in a values-led organisation where your skills contribute to meaningful outcomes. You’ll have the chance to influence strategy, see the end-to-end impact of your work and contribute to growth in a dynamic, fast-growing sector that supports clients and communities every day.

You’ll also have:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in commercial finance, consulting, analytics, or transformation roles
  • Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills (Excel, Power Query; Power BI a plus)
  • Experience developing business cases, commercial proposals and executive-ready presentations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required to support projects and initiatives
  • Healthcare, aged care, disability, or human services experience (desirable)

About The Good Stuff

  • Flexible hybrid working arrangements to suit your lifestyle
  • Opportunity to contribute to strategic transformation and business growth in a dynamic, fast-growing sector
  • Supportive environment that encourages learning, development and continuous improvement
  • Flat organisational structure with direct access to leadership and decision-makers
  • Work within a young, PE-backed organisation that champions innovation
  • Be part of pioneering initiatives at the forefront of Kinyara Health’s success
