An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and driven Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to join the ANZ Finance team. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Director, this role will play a key role in partnering with business leaders to drive performance and support decision making, and your responsibilities will include:

Weekly and monthly reporting with analysis of results and KPIs

Ad-hoc analysis to identify trends and support decision making

Month-end reporting and commentary on topline and gross margin

Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for P&L lines

Tracking customer and product performance and maximising ROI

Supporting finance system improvements and project

Leading and developing a small team

To be successful in this role, you will be CA/CPA qualified with 3+ years’ post-qualified experience, ideally gained in a large, complex business. Retail or FMCG experience will be highly regarded. You will be ambitious, hands-on, and commercially minded, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner across functions. Excellent communication, a proactive mind-set, and a drive for continuous improvement are essential.
