About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Furniture & Accessories Stock Controller to join our high-energy warehouse team.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for stock control, quality checking, and maintaining our furniture and accessories — ensuring every item that leaves or returns to our warehouse meets Valiant’s high standards. You’ll play a key part in keeping our operations smooth, efficient, and organised.

This position involves rotating shifts between 6:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays, reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.

About You

You take pride in your work and love being part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’re organised, dependable, and detail-oriented — the kind of person who notices when things are just right.

You’ll bring:

LO picker and forklift licences (desirable but not essential)

Experience in stock control, dispatch, returns, or furniture pick & pack

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety

A team-first attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities

Physically fit and able to handle a hands-on role

Reliability, consistency, and a proactive mindset

Permanent residency in Australia

A Day in the Life

Manage and track furniture and accessory stock efficiently and accurately

Inspect, clean, and quality check all items before dispatch or after return

Pick, pack, and load furniture safely and with care

Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and wider team to optimise operations

Take pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace
