The role

As a Night Manager you will be responsible for managing and assisting in the running of the entire Hotel Rooms Division operation during the overnight shift. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will appropriately allocate resources across the operation and ensure that Crown’s policies, procedures, and brand standards are adhered to across all operational departments.

This is a full-time opportunity, to be considered for this role you will need to have Supervisory or Management experience in Hotel Front Office Operations.

About you
You’ll bring the following:

• Hotel management experience at a departmental level within a superior hotel
• Strong knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office suite
• Extensive customer service experience
• Ability to commit to a 7 day overnight rotating roster between the hours of 11pm – 7.30am
• Knowledge of the Opera Property Management System (or similar)

This role requires:

• Hospitality or business-related qualification is highly desired

Salary: $72,098.21 + Super
