ICS International Education & Migration is seeking an organized and confident Registered Migration Agent to join our supportive team on a full-time basis, offering expert guidance and personalized solutions based on the needs and circumstances of our clients.

Full time position is available - We're looking for independent, autonomous agents!

Duties & responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently process visa applications, ensuring compliance with regulations

Stay updated on Australian migration laws and provide clients with timely legal updates

Represent clients in dealings with the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) and appeal bodies

Maintain professional confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction

Contribute to marketing efforts to grow the agency and attract new clients.

Engage in ongoing professional development to keep your knowledgebase current

Maintain accurate and secure client records

Transparently address disputes, acting in clients' best interests and avoiding delays

Experience & qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' prior experience as a Registered Migration Agent

Active and current OMARA registration

Confident ability to process TSS, ENS, Family, GSM and ART visa applications

Able to work independently as well as effectively with your colleagues

Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those with English as a second language

Keen organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
