We are a dynamic and respected migration consultancy with 14 years’ experience, committed to providing expert, ethical, and personalise immigration advice. We are seeking an experienced Registered Migration Agent (RMA) to join our team and manage a diverse portfolio of complex migration matters.
Key Requirements
OMARA Registration is Essential: Must hold and maintain current registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).
Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of recent, practical experience as an OMARA Registered Migration Agent.
Expert Knowledge: Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the Migration Act 1958, Migration Regulations, and a proven ability to interpret and apply complex legislative provisions and policy.
Eligibility to Practice: Must meet all OMARA's eligibility criteria for registration and adhere strictly to the OMARA Code of Conduct.
The Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Providing comprehensive and accurate migration advice across various visa subclasses (e.g., Skilled, Employer-Sponsored, Family, Business, Student, etc.).
Conducting detailed client consultations to assess eligibility and determine the most appropriate migration pathway.
Preparing, reviewing, and lodging a high volume of complex visa and citizenship applications with the Department of Home Affairs.
Managing the entire case file process, from initial assessment to visa decision, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and compliance with statutory deadlines.
Liaising professionally with clients, the Department of Home Affairs, tribunals (e.g., AAT), and other relevant external bodies.
Maintaining accurate and compliant client files and professional records.
Conducting legal research and staying current with all changes to migration law, policy, and procedures.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
Proven capacity for meticulous attention to detail and effective time management.
High level of professional integrity, ethical conduct, and a client-focused approach.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly for complex or challenging cases.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
