About the Role

As a Senior IT Consultant at TechTidy Consulting, you’ll deliver professional, trusted technical advice and solutions to our clients. This full-time, in-office role is based in East Brisbane, QLD. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for technical guidance, troubleshooting, and strategic technology advice, ensuring our clients’ IT environments run efficiently and effectively.

Working hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Customer facing hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

What You'll Be Doing

Fostering great relationships as the primary IT Consultant for a number of our clients, providing professional best practice IT advice to improve their IT environment.

Respond to and resolve a wide range of IT support requests from clients in a timely manner.

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, providing solutions and recommendations.

Perform maintenance, configuration and upgrades on client systems and networks.

Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of technology.

Collaborate with the wider IT team to identify and implement improvements to service delivery.

Maintain accurate documentation and records of all support activities.

Escalate and coordinate complex issues with the appropriate specialists.

What We're Looking For

5+ Years of MSP/Similar Technical Experience as an IT Consultant or in a similar role

Extensive knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure cloud services.

Demonstrated experience with networking protocols, cloud computing platforms, and infrastructure management.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients.

A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT support or computer science.

Valid driver's license for onsite visits.
