Our client is a respected mid-sized architectural practice located in the inner suburbs. They have a diverse range of projects comprising Multi-Residential, Commercial buildings, and Infrastructure developments. Their culture is driven by achieving quality design outcomes, combined with the highest level of care and respect for their clients.

The Opportunity:

The practice currently seeks an experienced Architect to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role is ideally suited for a professional with 5-8 years of post-graduate experience who is looking for a high degree of responsibility and project ownership.

The practice has a proven track record of upskilling staff, and as such, long-term prospects exist to progress into senior and leadership roles within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate significant experience and confidence to:

Lead and manage contributions across all project phases, from concept design and detailed feasibility through to construction documentation and contract administration.

Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative, practical, and fully resolved design solutions.

Engage proactively with team leaders and stakeholders to ensure project requirements and objectives are met consistently.

Champion BIM tools, particularly Autodesk Revit, for efficient, high-quality project documentation and delivery standards.

Skills Required:

A Registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience (or equivalent demonstrated expertise).

Expert proficiency in Revit and BIM360 is essential.

Strong design and advanced technical detailing skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities suitable for engaging with clients and consultants.

A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement, capable of working with minimal supervision.
