We are currently looking for experienced Carpentry Trade Assistants to assist on a range of projects throughout Melbourne. For the right candidates work will be ongoing with the option of overtime. This role has the potential to become full time for the right candidate!

The work will be based all over Melbourne and your location will be taken into account.

The roles will vary but will require previous experience to assist with tasks such as putting up temporary site amenities, installing hoarding, assisting trades, basic carpentry tasks etc

The ideal candidate will hold experience in similar roles; for example, previously working as a trade apprentice.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Assisting Carpenters on site
• Helping with variety of skilled tasks such as putting up site amenities
• Working in unison with site management
• Must own Basic Hand tools + Impact Driver/Drill/Circular saw as minimum

WHAT YOU'LL GET

• $36-40 per hour + super + coinvest
• Additional meal allowance (over 9.5 hours on a shift)
• Additional Daily travel allowance - ($21.)
• Time and a half and double-time rates paid for overtime
• On-going roles

Key requirements needed to apply:

• White Card
• Full Australian work Rights
• Tools - the more the better!
• Minimum 12 month's construction experience
• Full PPE
