Immediate start for the right candidate
Our client is in the healthcare industry and are seeking an experienced Accounts officer/Bookkeeper to support their small team in their office located SOR. The role is full time for the right candidate, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
Data entry of invoices - high volume
Process and pay invoices
Debt collection and follow up of debtors
Payroll/Superannuation
Preparation of BAS/IAS monthly and quarterly
Understanding of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss
Preparation of financial reports
Other admin duties as required
Essential Criteria:
Must have minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping or similar role
Relevant Cert IV, Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Reliable, efficient, and self-motivated
Ability to provide a current NPC
