We’re looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join a progressive and supportive accounting firm in Joondalup.

You’ll manage your own portfolio, support clients across multiple industries, and play a key role in training and mentoring the team.

If you’ve worked as a bookkeeper in either an accounting firm or a bookkeeping service, this will be highly regarded.

What You’ll Do

Manage a portfolio of small-to-medium business clients

Handle bookkeeping, payroll, BAS/IAS/TPAR lodgements, and STP compliance

Troubleshoot, train, and support clients on Xero, MYOB & add-ons

Improve client workflows and implement cloud-based solutions

Mentor junior team members and collaborate closely with accountants

What You’ll Bring

3+ years’ bookkeeping or business support experience

Solid Xero and MYOB knowledge

Strong understanding of Australian payroll, BAS, IAS, TPAR

Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills

Strong attention to detail
