ACCOUNTANT REQUIRED

Signage Accountants Pty Ltd, Noting Hill, VIC, is seeking a qualified and experienced full-time Accountant to join our busy accounting firm.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with:

Relevant qualifications in accounting.

A minimum of three years of relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Preparing, examining, and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting and procedural standards.

Calculating taxes and preparing tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, SMSFs, and partnerships, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax obligations.

Preparing reports and returns and conducting audits as required.

Providing tax advice to clients regarding various business operations and structures.

Analyzing business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or provide client recommendations.

Preparing monthly management reports on financial performance.

Establishing account structures and ensuring proper allocation of entries to respective accounts.

Developing, maintaining, and analyzing budgets, with periodic reporting to compare budgeted costs against actual costs.

What We Offer:

A full-time contract for a minimum of two years, with potential for extension.

An annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $80,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
