We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Educational Leader to join our service in Carlingford. This is a great opportunity for someone who holds (or is working towards) a Diploma or teaching qualification to gain experience and take the next step in their career.

About the Role

As the Educational Leader, you'll guide our team in delivering a fun, inclusive and meaningful program each week that supports each child's strengths, interests and development. You'll collaborate closely with our supportive management team and educators to ensure our program and practice meets quality standards and encourages a sense of belonging and positive outcomes for all children.

Key responsibilities include:

Creating and overseeing the weekly program and activity plans

Ensuring experiences are fun, engaging and linked to MTOP outcomes

Supporting and mentoring educators in documentation and reflective practice

Conducting ongoing research and sharing new ideas to strengthen our program and centre

Contributing to the continuous development of the service and its compliance goals

Completing administrative tasks related to programming and leadership

Acting as Responsible Person when required (following training and support)

Reflecting regularly with the team on how to enhance program quality and engagement

About You

You're a positive, motivated person who enjoys teamwork and making a difference in children's lives. You have a genuine interest in helping children grow and aiding in their development.

You'll need to have (or be working towards):

A Diploma-level Education and Care qualification, or

A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or Primary Teaching

Current Working with Children Check

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)

Availability to work casual hours during both school terms and holidays
