Your Role:

As a vital member of our leadership team, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of our service. You will lead with heart and integrity – handling administrative responsibilities, supporting and managing staff and fulfilling the role of Nominated Supervisor to ensure high-quality care and full compliance

1. Qualifications & Leadership Experience
You hold relevant educational qualifications and bring solid experience in leadership roles within Early Childhood Education or similar industries.

2. Industry Know-How
You have extensive experience in Early Childhood Care & Education Services and understand what quality care looks like in action.

3. Strong Regulatory Knowledge
You are across the details – with a clear understanding of:

· The Education and Care Services National Regulations

· The National Quality Framework (NQF)

· The My Time, Our Place Framework

· Industry standards, compliance, and best practices

4. Legislative Awareness
You demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of:

· Workplace Health & Safety legislation and practices

· The Children and Young Person’s (Care and Protection) Act

5. Tech-Savvy Mindset
You are confident using digital tools, online platforms, and Child Care Management Systems (e.g. Hubworks), helping your service run efficiently.

6. Child Safety Focus
You have completed Child Protection / Child Safe training and have a strong understanding of safeguarding practices.

Specific Requirements

To be considered, you will need:

· A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)

· A satisfactory Criminal Record Check

· Australian work eligibility
