�� Call Centre Customer Service Representative - 3 Contracts
Location: Brisbane - North
Type: Contract - 3 Months +
Hourly rate: $35.80 per hour plus super
What you’ll do:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Resolve customer complaints with empathy and practical solutions
• Rebook missed services efficiently and accurately
• Monitor and respond to shared mailbox communications
• Book and update scheduled services
• Manage service disputes and provide clear resolutions
• Ensure customer records are up to date with new information

What you’ll need:

Essential:

Experience with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Desirable:

• Previous call centre experience
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
