About The Role

• Full-time and onsite, based at our Chermside office
• No insurance experience required as full paid training provided
• Answer general inquiries, amending existing policies, and setting up new ones
• Provide outstanding service to new and existing clients
• Selling the advantages of our innovative products and services to customers
• Work towards sales and performance targets
• Actively listen and tailor policies to meet customer needs
