The Opportunity:
As the Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day financial functions of the company. This includes bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Oversee one Accounts Payable/Receivable data entry clerk
• Prepare and process payroll
• Handle invoicing and collections
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Support management with financial insights and analysis

About You:

• 4+ years of experience working in a similar role for a residential builder, building supplier, insurance Builder or commercial contractor
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, Accounts Payable & Receivable, and payroll processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates strong initiative and leadership skills
