As a Case Officer within our Safer Communities team, you’ll play a key role in supporting this vision – helping individuals navigate complex safety and wellbeing concerns with care, professionalism and empathy.
In this student-facing role, you’ll be the first point of contact for students and staff regarding behavioural concerns and safety-related matters, including issues such as bullying, harassment, discrimination, and family or gender-based violence. Your work will centre around assessing risk, coordinating support, and guiding individuals towards safe and appropriate outcomes.

Position Requirements
Experience supporting individuals with psychosocial safety concerns using trauma-informed approaches.
Skilled in conducting first response interviews and intake or triage in a client or student service setting.
Proven ability to assess and escalate risk, including activating emergency procedures when required.
Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to professional ethics and effective stakeholder communication.
Relevant degree and experience, or equivalent combination of education and specialist expertise.
