What You’ll Do

Oversee day-to-day engineering operations and ensure smooth functionality across the hotel.

Lead and mentor a skilled engineering team, creating a culture of safety, efficiency, and pride in workmanship.

Drive preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely responses to engineering requests.

Uphold impeccable safety standards and emergency readiness, including participation in environmental and energy conservation initiatives.

Collaborate across departments to support guest satisfaction, building aesthetics, and sustainability efforts.

What You Bring

Proven experience in engineering or facilities management — ideally in a luxury hospitality environment.

Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to inspire, coach, and bring out the best in a team.

Hands-on technical knowledge and the ability to solve problems proactively.

A detail-oriented, safety-first mindset with an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Flexibility to support the operation during weekends and holidays, ensuring 24/7 service excellence.
