Nuflow Australasia

Established in 2004 by Ed Ahern, Nuflow Australasia has become a leader in pipe relining solutions. A key patent in 2005 enabled lining around multiple bends, critical for in-building pipe systems. The company expanded into Asia and achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification for its Australian manufacturing operations in 2007.

In 2012, Nuflow added an in-house research lab and Polymer Engineer, allowing for advanced resin development and a broad product portfolio. Now operating under a franchise model, Nuflow is the only pipelining company in Australasia that manufactures its own epoxies, lining materials, and specialised equipment—while continuing to deliver expert pipe repair services.

Graduate Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the delivery of process engineering projects from planning and design through to commissioning.

Undertake process assessments, analysis, and troubleshooting on R&D on all new products.

Support the preparation of technical documentation, including reports, calculations, procedures, and technical data sheets.

Work collaboratively with the polymer chemist, operations, technical support and R&D team

Apply engineering standards, codes, and best practices to ensure compliance and safety.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimisation and operational readiness activities.

About You

Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical or Process) or equivalent, recognised by EA

Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience (graduate roles, placements, or site-based engineering experience).

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Onsite working on the Gold Coast and may require some site visits AUS & NZ
