Holcim, a global leader in building materials and solutions, is currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Casual Plant Operator to provide flexible shift cover at our concrete plant. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can adapt to varying shift times and enjoys working in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and maintaining the concrete batching plant and yard areas
• Operating a front-end loader to load tippers with raw materials
• Loading concrete into agitator (agi) trucks for delivery
• Following all safety, environmental, and company procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Front-end loader ticket/licence
• Experience in a similar environment or operating heavy machinery (preferred)
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently
• Flexible availability to cover day, afternoon, or night shifts as needed

Shift Details:

• Standard day shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Varying shifts available depending on operational needs (including nights and weekends)
• Casual role providing shift cover as required
