About the Role
Join the team at Capitol Bar & Grill as a Casual CDP. Bring your skills, passion and knowledge for cooking premium local produce to the team. The menu has a strong proteins focus, cooked over the wood-fired grill. The menu is designed around premium steak offering, complimented by fresh seafood and sides.

Skills & Experience
• 2+ years’ worth of experience in hotels, restaurants, or bistros.
• Experience across different sections including pans, grill and larder.
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Attention to detail, well-presented and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure, while still delivering a high standard.
