Tour Consultant

【Full-time position in Sydney】

【Responsibilities】

- Manage tour / hotel bookings on a daily basis.

- Communicate daily with the team, including colleagues from overseas, and customer service experience request.

- Handle phone calls and emails with vendors professionally.

- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.

【Requirements】

- Previous experience in Travel industry in Australia is preferred (MICE, Hotel, Groups and FITs).

- Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.

- Basic conversational proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages: Bahasa preferred.

- To assist the branch office in China, Taiwan, South East Asia operation team to make sure the itinerary arrangement, quotation and tour operation smoothly.

- Must have a diligent and responsible work ethic, with a keen attention to detail.

- To help the enquiries from China, Taiwan, South East Asia, and Local customers find out new suppliers in Australia.

- Follow up with chasing confirmation, amendment, or cancellation.
