If so, here's your opportunity to join YMCA South Australia as a Customer Care Team Leader! Based at The Valleys Lifestyle Centre and reporting to the Community Wellbeing Director, you’ll play a key role in leading our Customer Care team to provide outstanding service across our front-of-house operations. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll guide and support staff, be actively involved in the daily operations and ensure every member and guest enjoys a welcoming and positive experience at the Y.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and support the Customer Care team to deliver exceptional service to members and guests

To be involved in the daily operations which include reception, café, merchandise and program administration

Collaborate with other staff to meet the overall goals and objectives of the centre

Deliver direct customer service, ensuring a friendly, professional and solutions-focused experience for all visitors

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE Y

Successful candidates will also have, or be willing to obtain:

National Police Check (NPC) – Certificate must be within six (6) months from date of issue

International police check - for applicants who have lived or worked overseas in the past five (5) years

DHS Working with Children Check (WWCC)

(HLTAID009) Provide CPR

(HLTAID011) Provide First Aid

Interest or knowledge in health and fitness/swimming lessons (Desirable)

Please note, this is a part- time role with an average of 30 hours per week, offering a great balance between work and lifestyle.
