We’re a growing secondary college that’s looking for a curriculum leader to join us in 2026! Please note that this temporary leadership role is offered in addition to a full-time permanent teaching position.

Our Margaret More Centre is a specialised space within our College for students with intellectual disability to access some of their learning.

You’ll be able to:

Use Restorative Practices to establish and maintain positive relationships with students and staff.

Lead innovation within the Margaret More Teaching Team (develop and deliver diffrentated curriculum).

Co-design learning opportunities with students to support futures endeavours.

About You:

Highly developed verbal and written communication skills; the ability to engage with students, staff and families in an inclusive and positive manner.

Great time management skills; the ability to balance priorities effectively.

Experienced in leading people in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

Experience with Foundation to Year 6 curriculum and/or experience working with students with an intellectual disability would be avdentageous.
