About the Role

This is an exciting career opportunity for an exceptional and experienced leader to join a well-established Community Centre. In this role, you will have the tools and scope to succeed and achieve career goals and aspirations.

Duties

Manage, lead and inspire educators and staff

Support the ongoing professional development of educators and staff

Maintain administration and manage procedures in line with day-to-day operations

Implement curriculum development and demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYLF

Use knowledge of relevant Laws, Regulations and Acts to ensure compliance

Accept the role of Nominated Supervisor

Skills & Experience

Previous leadership experience as a Director is required

Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood qualification

Demonstrated understanding of relevant Education and Care Services National Laws and Regulations as well as WHS legislation and the Child Care Subsidy (CCS)

Demonstrated experience in successfully managing budgets within an early years setting
