About the Opportunity
The Institute of Haematology currently has an opportunity available for a Clinical Nurse Consultant (Grade 2) with postraduate Haematology nursing experience to work with the Haematology and Cancer Services teams at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. This is a temporary part-time job share position working three days per fortnight.
You will be employed at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, working under NSW Health Pathology. You will be working closely with a multidisciplinary Haematology team in clinics and in the Haematology ward.

What you'll be doing
This position will facilitate the continuity and quality of care for patients undergoing transplantation for haematological malignancies through expert knowledge and clinical care in coordinating the care of patients, their families and the staff caring for them. The position will support education, research, clinical practice and quality care for patients undergoing transplantation.

- Current nursing registration with AHPRA
- 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience including 3 years full time equivalent post registration experience in Haematology Transplant nursing.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Demonstrated Computer literacy
- Approved post graduate nursing/midwifery qualifications relevant to the field and/or experience deemed appropriate by the organisation.
