Are you a clinical leader ready to drive real change in people’s lives? At Uniting NSW.ACT, we’re looking for an experienced health professional to champion best-practice clinical care, influence service improvement, and help shape the future of healthcare.

As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you’ll be more than just part of the team – you’ll be guiding it. Your role will focus on:

• Leading innovative, research-driven clinical practice
• Supporting service strategy and team development
• Coordinating data and insights that help us make smart, compassionate decisions
• Driving excellence through evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Deep experience in your clinical specialty
• A passion for innovation and improving care delivery
• Current AHPRA registration (no conditions)
• A Post Graduate degree in your specialty area
• Experience in dementia, wound care and palliative care are a must!
• Strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a collaborative mindset
