Your New Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of a brand celebrated for its heritage in watchmaking and the first point of contact for customers, providing your in depth product knowledge and tailored solutions, Your duties will include:

• Provide 5 star support to customers via phone and email
• Assist the Sales team with complex enquiries
• Professionally defuse escalations and complaints
• Maintain new and existing customer relationships
• Liaise with watch makers and technicians to solve product issues

About You

• Minimum 1 year Customer Service / Call Centre experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hold Citizenship / Residency / visa with unlimited work restrictions
